haha wat i think is funny is when teh terrorist attacks happened bush was at a kindergarten class and his protection people came in and told him amercia has been under attack and they ahd top tell him two tiems before he left, and when clinton was in service was our country not in the even or better? now that bsuh is in service we ahve gone way below, and wat i find even funnier is they have iq ratings of presidents and bush is lowest on iq and his father is 2nd lowest. clinton was by far top, well w/e i sitll say 911 was bush's fault

But even if Bush was informed(and any president for that matter) you cant just stop all the planes from flying...It just isnt realalistic. And the only way for us to see we needed more safety was for 9/11 to happen...we thought we were as safe as can be...it takes a tragedy to see that change is needed.

And in history there are times when the economy is bad and times when its good it just changes whoever the president is.

But we can not change the past, all we can do is prepare for the future and attepmt to prevent this from happenning again...and now that the war has gone on we are un able to stop the war. a war is like a train, you are un-able to stop it in a short distance it is something that must be done with ease. so instead of being curmudgeons and *****ing about something that can not change right now, why dont we support our president and the troops that are fighting for YOU and better future for ALL americans.

Last week, I was watching the local news in the morning. Every so often they go to nation-wide reports. Once again, Bush was in it. Well they started out by saying that the government had actually received warnings about a 9/11 type attack before it happened.

(Nub, I am everything but a bush supporter, though this is a gaming forum and I come here to talk about games, its always nice to have politics to heat things up alittle bit.)

This is old news, and if it isn't, then bush has had more than one warning about what was going to happen. I heard about someone getting a cellphone call about that, but the government took it as a joke. I could be wrong but this is what I heard a few months after the incident.

I don't get Bush supporters. What has he done good for this country? Why would you possibly want to vote for Bush? (Besides the fact that Kerry and Edwards were gettin kinda close twords the end)

He is a terrible president and a horrible speaker. Who else would say "They miss-underestimated me" on public television? Or one of my favorites is "Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning?"

I didn't used to watch the news very much until the elections started, those are the funniest reality T.V. shows you can find!

I did have a whole lot of flamming for each and every one of you but I erased all that because it would not change your minds. Instead I very little to say and then I'm done.

1.) Remember WWII? How we waited so long to go help destroy Hitler? How many people were burtally killed and/or maimed beyond belief because of that? Well kiddies history has a way of repeating itself if steps are not taken to prevent it from doing so it would have except this time in America. And THAT is what this war is for. Its not to satisfy the blood lust of some war monger. Its to ensure peace and prosperity for the generations ahead. Sure some mistakes have been but by god by golly the next generation of Americans will be a hell of a lot safer and better off for what Bush is doing now.

2.) When each and every one of you turns 18 I better see each of you registered to vote and voting in EVERY election

3.) At 18 each and every one of you better be enlisted in one branch of the armed services or another because the freedom you have now and will have then will be because of those who served before you and if you have any sense of honor you will repay them by serving the country and protecting the freedoms you so love and take advantage of on a regular basis.

4.) Sure the value of the dollar is going down and oil prices are rising but both are good things. Why? Because with the value of the dollar droping and continuing to we will eventually be forced to move to the euro which will furthur solidify the world economy. The more things that tether us and foreign nations together the more likely each will rush to the others aid. If one link in a chain goes bad the whole chain becomes useless.

With the rise of gas prices new fuel technology, long under funded and researched, will finally be brought to the fore front and the green earth we have today will be presereved for thousands more years because of the enviromentally friendly qualities of those fuels

BTW the next of you who complains about Bush being a bad public speaker and thus being a bad president gets negative rep. Its the most foolish arguement ever concieved and has no place in an intelligent conversation.
