im not going to go into my opinions on christianity or any other religion. if a homosexual wants to wed another homosexual then i feel they have every right to do so. if you cant come up with a better argument than "god says its bad" and "the bible says so" then i feel your argument has no grounds. being the fact that the united states require a person to have a wedding liscence to be married and that you do not need a religious person to be married , i dont feel it has much to do with the curch or religion anymore. with that being said im all for any church saying they dont want to hold same sex marriage ceremonies. they should be allowed to get married at their local court house. we are suposed to be a country with separation of church and state. last i checked we were not the United States of America and Jesus Christ.

no, i don't recall going to the court house and signing a marriage license that said anything about anything under god. so you suddenly decide to figure out that "we" are arguing the religious point of view? maybe look back quite a few pages.
and the only state that allows same sex marriage is Massachusetts. Vermont, California, DC, and Connecticut allow civil union, not same sex marriage. also Hawaii,Maine, and New Jersey have domestic partnership and reciprocal laws that provide similar benefits, but stop short of full equality on a state level. so being that one could pretty much just go to Massachusetts and get married then go home, i find it pointless for other states to dismiss the rights of the individual.

also at what point does homosexual union effect you as a person. they are still gay, they are still walking around in society. by them being married has no effect on your life what so ever. does a little ring make you that uncomfortable "son!!!"?

My post count is because I made valid posts in threads. He quite, came back, and then hit vet in about three days. That's about 460 posts in three days, now how could he have pulled that off? I have been here since March. I didn't stop and then one day just come back.

lmao i hit vet in about 3 months the reason, in the five hundreds and right before i became a vet i acknowledge that 90% of my posts where spam. (90% of the stuff in the post, not posts)

10 man i acknowledge your beliefs on gay marriage, however it is a tendancy of mine to debate a subject and try to change peoples opinion.
however, you are right, i base most of my opinions because of my religion and i try to find stuff thats non religious to have a person agree with me.
